No barrier, cover, or fall protection system was in place at the time of observation. Subcontractor crew from Precision Mechanical, LLC were working in the adjacent area.
Potential violation: OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502(a)(1) — Fall protection systems criteria and practices. Immediate corrective action required.

Yes. Z-POINT is mobile-first — the observation form is designed for a thumb on a phone, not a keyboard. Crews can submit observations, photos, and risk ratings from any iOS or Android device. The app works offline and syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
How does Z-POINT handle subcontractors who are not on our account?
Z-POINT supports project-scoped guest access. You can invite subcontractor safety leads to submit observations and receive corrective actions on a specific project without giving them access to your broader account. Role-based permissions control exactly what each user can see and do.
Does the AI documentation replace our safety manager's judgment?
No. AI drafts the documentation from field data — your safety team reviews and approves every report before it is finalized. The AI handles the structure, the OSHA citation, and the prose; your manager handles the professional judgment and sign-off. Nothing goes out without human review.
We already use Procore. Will Z-POINT work alongside it?
Procore handles project management. Z-POINT handles safety management at a depth Procore is not designed to reach — dedicated observation workflows, corrective action escalation, AI documentation, and training records. The two tools serve different functions. Custom Software customers can request Procore data integrations as part of their engagement.
How long does it take to get a team set up and in the field?
Starter and Professional accounts can be configured and crew accounts created on the same day. There is no integration requirement to start.
